Despicable Me 4's Competition - T&Cs

  1. The promoter of this competition (the “Competition”) is National Student Esports Ltd.
  2. By entering into this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Competition is open to UK university students aged 18 years or over. Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses.
  3. The Competition is a random prize draw. Valid entries to the Competition must be made by replying to the X (Previously Twitter) or Instagram post. Entries are closed on 28/07/2024 at 11:30 pm GMT. Using multiple accounts to enter the Competition is not allowed.
  4. There will be one winner. The winner will be notified via the platform they entered the competition on (Twitter, Instagram, Discord)
  5. The winner will receive £50 worth of cinema vouchers for their local cinema to be used to watch Despicable Me 4 with their society or friends. If vouchers can not be provided will make a booking on their behalf. 
  6. The winners will be chosen at random on 29/07/2024. If a winner can’t receive the prize another winner will be chosen at random.
  7. NSE reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond NSE’s control. accepts no liability for any undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed prizes. Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of NSE. NSE’s Privacy Policy:
  8. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
  10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Discord, X (previously Twitter), Instagram or Facebook.
