We're happy to announce that Monster Plays will be returning once again for the 2024/25 British University Esports Championship (BUEC) season!

During all sixteen weeks of the Winter and Spring splits (eight each split), submit your clips to Monster Plays and you could earn copious amounts of Monster Energy for a year! Check out Week 1's clips from the last Spring split below:

Each Monday during the Winter and Spring splits, you can submit your best clips captured while playing in a BUEC tournament. Your clip could then be selected as one of five shortlisted by the staff. It's then up to the NSE community to vote on which one should be the winner of the respective list, so make sure you tell all your friends to vote for you if you get shortlisted!

The best clips will be awarded an exclusive virtual Monster Black Card, which gives you access to copious amounts of Monster Energy for one full year!

How does the shortlist work?
Once submissions close, we whittle down the entries to the top five, feature those in a weekly video and then open the fan vote for the community to pick their favourite clip. This will happen on Monday at the same time the submissions for the next week open.

What's the Fan vote?
The fan vote gives all of you the chance to make sure your friend’s clip wins (or loses), simply head to the current week's shortlist & submissions article and you'll see a voting card on the right-hand side of the page where you can select your favourite clip. After voting closes, the winner will be announced the following week and will receive their virtual Monster Black Card!
